Resident Gifts that Help the Environment

If you have ever spent countless hours trying to come up with a good move-in or renewal gift for your residents, that won’t break the bank or be completely cheesy, I suspect you are in good company. Many management companies want to provide something thoughtful yet useful as a token of appreciation to their residents, and it is harder to come up with something that one might initially think.

I recently purchased a magnetic, reusable food plate cover for my microwave. It is a plastic dome type structure that sticks to the top of the microwave and I pull it down to cover my food before I heat it. I recently realized that this amazing product has probably saved hundred of paper towels (what I used to use to cover that plate of spaghetti before reheating it).
