Maintenance is the properties lead sustainability secret

Posted on September 18, 2018

Who is included in the majority of property reviews – good or bad?  Properties maintenance personnel!

Who at the property has more one -to-one interfaces with a resident than other property personnel?  Maintenance personnel!

Who does the property depend on to install low-flow aerators, check units for leaks – toilets, faucets, water heaters?  Maintenance personnel!

Who does the property depend on to walk the property and check for soaked grass, wet pavement, wet cars all indicating potential leaks or irrigation that needs adjustment?  Maintenance personnel

Who does the property depend on to be sure that the apartment is ready for the new resident with water heater set to not higher than 120 degrees, the thermostat is set for minimal use, that the refrigerator is set to ideal temperature to maximize residents utility expenses?

Maintenance personnel help sustain everything from the residents or reduce turnover to sustaining our irrigation and reducing the properties expenses which increases the property value!
