Show your Residents that you care with LED

Posted on November 29, 2018

Many owners only considering replacing their common area lighting with LED since the energy savings directly benefit their bottom line.  However, owners can benefit in multiple other ways when they upgrade the lighting in their units to LED, as pointed out in this recent article.

Residents will appreciate the improved lighting and the $10-15 savings on their monthly electric bill.  They will also value the longer lifespan of the bulbs and fewer maintenance calls (which directly benefits the owner).  Residents are known to pay extra to be in communities with modern apartment amenities and active sustainability programs.  Owners who have switched to all LED have found it to be a big selling point for their community and have been rewarded for their efforts.
