UMA Town Hall on California SB 7

Hello My Fellow UMAdvisory Members,
I am pleased to present to you, our next UMAdvisory Town Hall. Every quarter, we have a 1-hour webinar that members can join to have an informal discussion and ask questions regarding the topic of the day.
This is an open forum for sharing recent challenges and successes. We’ll have a lively discussion about multifamily utilities and you can feel free to join conversation!
This next Town Hall is extra special; if you have a property in California with submetering, you need to be on this call. We will be discussing the new SB7 law going into effect on January 1, 2018.
SB7 effects all existing submetered properties and mandates submetering on new construction in California.
We are pleased to share that we will have two Utility Management expert attorneys from Realpage available to you to ask questions of: Jeffrey Peterson and Mike Semko.
We will have a conversation (you + me +attorneys= prepared for the changes ahead).
